Young Living Starter Kit – How to Use and What to Diffuse

There are two ways to get started with Young Living; retail and member. Retail allows you to purchase single oils at regular price and member allows you to receive a 24% discount on all orders. To sign up as a member with Young Living you need to purchase a starter kit. There are a few starter kits to choose from, but the most popular is the Premium Starter Kit which gets you 11 really great oils and your choice of a diffuser; Home, DewDrop, Rainstone and Aria. Personally, they’re all great diffusers but if you need a recommendation to start, start with the DewDrop. You can always go back and purchase the kit again if you want another diffuser (which I recommend as you find you want a diffuser in each room; the kits are the best deals. I have already purchased 3 for myself.) I like to refer to the starter kits like a club membership. In order to get into the club, you need to choose one of the kits to get started. Once you’re in, you get a 24% discount on all future orders and there is no pressure to purchase monthly. In order to keep your membership you simply have to purchase $50 worth of product a year to stay active. However, once you fall in love with your oils you’ll find it very easy to purchase monthly. 😉 Especially when you find the other many great products Young Living has to offer; soaps, shampoos, facial toner, makeup and more. All chemical free!

Once you purchase the kit, the most obvious question is, “how do I use them?”

The Young Living Starter Kit – How to use and what to diffuse
There are three ways to use your oils; aromatically, topically and internally.

Carrier oils help to dilute the oils so they absorb into your skin slower. General rule for starting out is “low and slow”. Start with one drop. It’s really amazing how far one drop goes.

Here are some diffuser blends to get you started.

All of these diffuser blends use the 11 oils that come in your Premium Starter kit.

When you’re ready to get started I would love to help you. I have a ton of resources to help you use your oils and not let them go to waste. You won’t be left alone and wondering.
